We believe quoting your home remotely doesn't quite capture all the details we need to be considerate of while on the job. If possible, we always prefer to have one of our technicians inspect the property and collect pictures to use in the quote. This allows us to note any special features about your unique home that we will need to be considerate of.

We pride ourselves in being able to honor "any job size big or small", but we do follow a job minimum of $150 for non-ladder related work and $250 for ladder-related work. This allows us to stay competitive with price while maintaining the insurance coverage we need to keep your home protected. 

Every home is different, but in Florida we generally recommend softwashing/pressure washign once a year, and window/gutter cleaning 2x per year. Services like sealing, roof soft-washing, and other protective coatings are recommened more infrequently. However, properties with higher humidty and shade may need the above services more often to combat the increased growth of alge and other organics!
